Submission of Required Documents & Verification

  • Submission of the required documents in Department of Labor in order to obtain prior permission. (This is a legal obligation as per our Labor Ministry which has to be followed by both Nepalese Recruitment Agency and foreign Principal/Employer in order to proceed with the recruitment of Nepalese manpower in overseas for any job category. It is a measure taken by the Ministry to ensure the job order and its contents are true/legal by virtue of law of the country of employment and the Government of the respective country has no objections whatsoever with the recruitment. It further protects the rights of the employee and restricts the Manpower consultancy from any illegal actions.)  * Please check the format of each required document which has to be  maintained. 
  Advertisement
  • Review the CV's of potential candidates to meet the job criteria conducting interviews by our office member. Advertising the job order through various media (daily news papers, regional news papers, FM stations) to ensure the best candidate to meet the job requirements is not left out. This also enables us to reach to the masses in various parts of the country which results in a bulk collection of CV's. It enhances the search for potential candidates as we have many CV's to choose from and to interview for any job category. Personal interaction with the candidates and preference given to those who meet the job criteria based upon qualification, skills, trade test and previous job experiences, courses/trainings/seminars attended. 

Interviews / Medical Check 
  • Forwarding the selected CV's, medical report & other necessary certificates to the Employer/Foreign Principal for review and to make necessary arrangements for visa processing. If the Employer is willing to have personal interaction/interview with the candidates, we can as well make arrangements for the Employer/Foreign Principal/representative to come over to Nepal for interview of the selected candidates. Only upon job confirmation of the selected candidates the medical check ups of the selected candidates are obtained.  

Orientation

  • As the visa processing is being done, orientation is given to the candidates in order for them to understand & adopt the culture, society, general laws of the respective country. The job environment and nature is explained to the candidate, which makes it easier for them to adapt to the respective job (Generally this is for the labors and general workers it is as well beneficial for other candidates). 
 Obtaining Visas & Permits / Departure
  • Upon obtaining the visas or necessary letters/work permits, visa stamping, we submit required information in the Department of Labor to obtain necessary clearance as per our Labor Law. Accordingly confirm the flight dates and make necessary arrangements for the departure of candidates. Inform the same to the Employer/ foreign Principal about the departure and flight details. 
We cater to each and every job order seriously and treat them personally, at the same time create job opportunities for eligible candidates. All candidates are strictly as per requirements. Selections are based on job requirements, qualifications, skills, previous job experience, trade tests, courses/trainings attended and preference given to the most deserving candidates. If required by clients we can even arrange an interview with the candidates and the employer or his representative is most welcome to come over to Nepal for the interview. Authentication & Certificates will be produced for each candidate.
